CANCELLATION POLICY
You may change your appointment up to 48hrs prior.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled between 24 & 48hrs of your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the appointment booked.
Missed appointments, and appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged in full.
For appointments booked with gift vouchers, the voucher will be forfeit.
* This does NOT include Covid symptoms. If you have/develop symptoms, or are identified as a close contact, OR have had a last-minute vaccine appointment WITHIN THE 48hrs, and need to isolate, cancellation charges will be waived.
